The Varian / Agilent Turbo-V 301 SF (Part Number: 9698917M0005) is a compact, high-performance turbomolecular vacuum pump engineered for high- and ultra-high vacuum (UHV) applications. Combining an eight-stage bladed aluminum turbine rotor with three integral Macrotorr molecular drag stages, the TV 301 SF achieves high compression ratios for light gases and high foreline tolerance.

The "SF" designation specifies the flange and body geometry within the Turbo-V 301 Navigator series. The pump utilizes permanently lubricated, high-precision ceramic ball bearings located on the clean forevacuum side, eliminating oil backstreaming risks and allowing installation in any mounting orientation. It can be powered via an onboard Navigator controller attached directly to the pump base or operated with a remote rack-mounted drive unit.
