Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be processed the same business day. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS
Shipping costs will be calculated on a per order basis and will be either added to your order or can be shipped using your shipping carriers and account of choice.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically take 7-14 business days for delivery. Additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes
  • Certain semiconductor equipment may have export restrictions
  • Hazardous materials require special handling and shipping arrangements

ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package through our website or directly through the carrier's website.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance can be added for additional charges.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
We will investigate all claims of damaged or lost packages with our shipping carriers. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged packages, or within 7 days for packages that haven't arrived.
