Refund policy

Warranty Declaration:  LabVac, LLC. warrants (unless otherwise specified) all pumps to be free from defects in workmanship or material used for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase.  If, during said warranty, any pump refurbished or sold by LabVac, LLC prove to be defective in workmanship or material under normal use or service, and if such pump/s are returned to LabVac, LLC factory and if the pump/s are found by LabVac, LLC to be defective in workmanship or material, they will be repaired free of charge.

Pumps will not be covered under warranty by LabVac, LLC in case of power, tool, valve, backing pump and any other accessory malfunctions.  Pumps will not be covered under warranty for failures related to process contamination or build-up.  Pumps will not be covered under warranty, if pumps have been mishandled or misused by user of equipment.

LabVac, LLC assumes no liability for consequential damages of any kind and the purchaser by acceptance of delivery assumes all liability for the consequences of the use or misuse of LabVac, LLC products by the purchaser, his employees, or other.
