The Pfeiffer TMH 262 X S (Part Number PM P03 113) is a high-performance, compact turbomolecular pump designed for continuous generation of high to ultra-high vacuum (UHV).

Engineered with a DN 100 ISO-K inlet flange and a hybrid bearing system, this unit features a permanent magnetic bearing on the high-vacuum side and an oil-lubricated ceramic ball bearing on the fore-vacuum side. This combination provides low-vibration operation, minimal wear, and long-term reliability.

The PMP03113 configuration is widely deployed as the direct OEM replacement turbo pump for Agilent 5975 Series (5975A, 5975B, 5975C) GC/MS systems.
